My Favorite Soup

It's full of so much flavor and so easy to make! I'll be eating it the next few days. Well, he just turned 6, so I've been making it awhile and perfecting it. I feel like it was just yesterday when I made it for the first time! It was a hit then and it's still a hit today! All my sister in laws were asking for the recipe, so this is for them. xoxox  I forgot to get caramel when we went shopping for the party this time so I ended up making my own- you don't have to, but I will leave the recipe for homemade caramel on this post as well. The entire recipe is really easy and it's always a hit for a party. I hope you enjoy!! Ingredients: 1 8oz package of cream cheese, softened  1 jar caramel sauce (unless you want to use the caramel candies) 1 Bag of heath bits (found in the baking aisle with the chocolate chips)  1/2 cup powdered sugar  1 tablespoon of milk 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract S...
